Absolutely. We're a full retail service and not a peer-to-peer marketplace. That means all toys come back to our facilities first and we sterilise them before sending to another family to enjoy. We only stock the latest toys on the market that meet all UK and EU safety standards.

Don't worry, we know accidents happen. Reasonable wear and tear is included in all Whirli plans, and we stock durable toys so incidents of excess damage are rare.

Just get in touch if an accident occurs. Depending on the extent of damage you might have to pay for a replacement or to keep this toy, but you’ll never pay more in total than what the toy costs at retail.

With any toy in your possession, you can always buy it for a less-than-retail price. If you've kept a toy for 12 months, it's yours to keep forever for free. Try toys with Whirli and only keep what you love, swap everything else.

You can always upgrade to a bigger plan. Pay monthly subscriptions are fully flexible for changing or cancelling at any time. We offer discounts for half-yearly and yearly subscriptions which can only be downgraded or cancelled 14 days before the plan renews.

We make no money on delivery fees and only charge what it costs us. A standard delivery or return costs £5.49 each way.

For additional convenience, we offer a courier collection from your home at an additional £4.50 charge (subsidised below market rate).
