Chief of Staff

You’ll be working across all aspects of business operations and helping Team Whirli deliver an unrivalled customer experience. You will also help develop and grow Whirli by creating and executing on commercial and marketing plans, whilst also supporting investor communications. This role would ideally suit candidates who have at least 2 years of professional experience in investment banking or management consulting.

Senior and Junior Developers

Want to be at the forefront of developing technology to support new sharing economy retail concepts? You’ll be working closely with our digital agency partner to maintain and continuously improve our eCommerce platform and back-end technology.

This role would ideally suit candidates with experience in Laravel, RESTful APIs, SCSS and VueJS.

Marketing Associate

Take charge of growing a vibrant and disruptive brand. You’ll work with our branding agency partner and digital agency partner to continuously build, activate, and deploy the Whirli brand across marketing mediums including traditional and digital marketing.

This role would ideally suit candidates with a keen aesthetic eye, at least 2 years of experience in a branding or marketing capacity, including any informal experience for example as a freelance illustrator or animator.

Junior Category Manager

Help us manage toy rooms across the UK! You’ll be responsible for deciding which toys Whirli stocks and managing our inventory. This will include liaising with Whirli’s suppliers and manufacturers to ensure that the fun never stops for our customers.

This role would ideally suit candidates who have at least 2 years of experience in the Toys industry either at a manufacturer or retailer, and who possess knowledge about the Toys market or worked in a buying or sales capacity.

Customer Support Associate

Do you enjoy building relationships with customers and helping solve problems? Our Customer Support Associates take ownership of our customers' experiences and help parents get the best value they can from their Whirli subscription.

This role would suit any motivated individual who possesses a fantastic team mentality, interpersonal and communication skills, and who takes initiative to solving problems.

Fulfilment Associate

You’ll be responsible for delivering joy to kids’ front doors! Our Fulfilment Associates are the backbone of our warehouse operations and take charge of receiving and cleaning toys to picking and packing new parcels to hand-over to our delivery partners. As a growing business, you are also encouraged to contribute to helping Whirli improve its operations and customer experience, which also presents plenty of opportunities for future career growth with Whirli.

This role would suit any motivated individual who possesses a fantastic team mentality and work ethic. Part-time roles are also available and eager students are encouraged to apply.
