When will my gift voucher be delivered?

Gift vouchers are emailed on the date you select at checkout, so you can plan ahead. If you pick today's date, the voucher arrives within minutes.

Can I send a physical gift card?

How are gifted toys delivered?

Gifted toys ship directly to the recipient's address with a personalised card. Standard delivery is 3-4 business days, and you can pick a nominated day at checkout.

How does a Whirli gift voucher work?

A Whirli gift voucher is a digital code the recipient can redeem against any Whirli plan or service. Choose the value, add a personal message, and we'll email it to them on the date you choose. They redeem it at checkout.

Can I gift a specific toy instead of a voucher?

Yes. On Buy New and Buy Preloved products you'll see a 'Gift' option at the basket. We'll wrap the toy and ship directly to the recipient with a card from you.

What does the recipient get?

For voucher gifts, they receive an email with a unique code, your personal message, and instructions to redeem. For toy gifts, they receive the toy delivered to their address with your gift card included.

Can the recipient use the gift towards anything?

Vouchers can be redeemed against any Whirli subscription plan, Buy New or Buy Preloved purchase, or postage costs. They can't be exchanged for cash.

How does the recipient redeem a voucher?

They go to whirli.com/redeem-gift, enter the code from their email, and the credit is added to their Whirli account at checkout. Easy.

Do they need an existing Whirli account?

They'll need to create a free account to redeem the voucher, but no payment details are required until they pick a plan. The whole process takes a couple of minutes.

Can a voucher be combined with other discounts?

Vouchers can't be combined with referral codes or other discount codes on the same payment. Any leftover credit stays in their account for future use.

When does the voucher expire?

What if the value isn't enough for a full plan?

Any remaining cost is paid with a card at checkout, and any leftover credit stays in their account to use later. They can also top up with a smaller plan if they prefer.
