What condition do toys need to be in?

Accepted Answer

Toys should be in Good or Like New condition: complete, clean, with all parts present, and safe to play with. Minor cosmetic wear is fine. Heavily damaged, broken or unsafe items will be rejected.

What happens if my toy is rejected?

If we can't accept a toy, we'll let you know. You can choose to have it returned to you (delivery fee applies) or donated to charity through our partners.

Do toys need to be in their original packaging?

Accepted Answer

Original packaging is a bonus but not essential. Make sure all parts and accessories are included so we can list the toy in our library.

Question 4

Can I cash out my sell-back credit?

Accepted Answer

Whirli credit can't be paid out as cash. It can be used towards any Whirli payment: subscription renewals, plan upgrades, delivery, postage, or buying toys outright.

Does my credit expire?

How do I send my toys to you?

Once your sell-back listing is approved, we'll generate a postage label and instructions in your account. Pack the toys safely and drop them at your nearest Post Office.

Sell-back lets you turn toys you already own into Whirli credit. List your toys on our sell-back page, send them in once approved, and we'll add credit to your account once they're inspected. Simple as that.

What toys do you accept?

We accept toys from major brands that match what we already stock, are complete with all parts, and meet current UK safety standards. We don't accept battery-only items with non-replaceable batteries, or anything broken or unsafe.
