We deliver to any UK address, including Northern Ireland and the British Isles. Delivery is added at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery is typically 3-4 business days. Nominated day delivery is also available for an extra fee.

How much is delivery for purchased toys?

How does Buy New work on Whirli?

Buy New lets you purchase brand new toys outright at the recommended retail price (RRP), straight from the distributor. There's no rental or token allowance involved. You own the toy from day one and it doesn't need to be returned.

Do I need a Whirli subscription to buy new toys?

No. Buy New is open to everyone, whether you're a subscriber or just visiting. Subscribers can mix Buy New items with their rental toy box at checkout.

How much do new toys cost?

New toys are priced at the manufacturer's RRP. The exact price is shown on each product page and at checkout. There's no token mechanic, just the cash price.

Can I return a new toy if I change my mind?

What if my new toy arrives damaged?

All toys carry the manufacturer's warranty as standard. For warranty claims, please contact us with your order number and we'll help liaise with the brand.

Are new toys brand new and unopened?

Yes. All Buy New items are brand new, sealed in their original manufacturer packaging, and shipped from the distributor.

Do new toys meet UK safety standards?

Yes. All toys we list meet UK and EU safety standards (UKCA, CE) and have been safety-checked by the manufacturer.
