Start by picking the right toy subscription plan for you and your child. We have four different ones, each with a different number of tokens to spend on toys. Whichever you choose, you can change or cancel your plan at any time.

Now comes the fun part! Spend your tokens on toys you’d like your child to play with. Different categories make it quick and easy to find what you’re looking for. With 1000+ toys, ages 0-8, you’re sure to find everything on your wish list.
3. Play!
It's playtime! We send you chosen toys to keep for as long as you like, with no restrictions or extra charges. If a toy becomes a favourite, you can buy it and make it a forever toy. Dreams really can come true!
4. Return your toys when you’re ready
Toy no longer flavour of the month? Send it back to us and save on clutter. We offer a range of shipping options as well as a home collection service. You can also reuse your Whirli box – like you, we hate waste.
5. Swifter swaps
We refresh your tokens, and you're free to pick your next toys. We’ll even send your new toys out to you before we receive your unwanted ones – no downtime, just playtime. All with the peace of mind that you’re helping stop toys going to waste.

A Whirli subscription gives you a token allowance, and you can order any of our toys, so long as the Whirli toys in your home are within your allowance.
Once you have spent your token allowance you can order something else by returning your unwanted toys. We’ll give you back these tokens so you can spend them on something else. We call this a ‘swap’.

No, your token allowance is fixed for the duration of your subscription. You will need to make a swap (that’s code for ‘return your unwanted toys’) before we return tokens to your account, ready for you to order something else.

We always recommend spending all your tokens so that you get the most out of your subscription. Any unspent tokens won’t be carried over to the next month.

Rest assured, you will never spend more than the RRP value of a toy with Whirli, no matter how long you play with it for. That’s why we pledge that if you have a toy for 12 months, it’s yours to keep forever at no extra cost, no questions asked.

New subscribers on a pay monthly plan are offered a reduced token allowance for the first 3 months. We do this to combat theft. But rest assured, you will always play with toys worth more than the cost of your subscription.
